History
Working hard, that's the tradition that Jose De La Torre Jr. was raised. Being the oldest of 5 children and he picked up a strong work ethic from his father Jose De La Torre Sr who owned his own land scaping business. On Jose Jr's 18th birthday he started working for a local septic company. He worked there for the next 10 years, pumping, installing and repairing. During that time Jose had two boys of his own. Becoming a father changed his and and he was determined to make sure his children lived a comfortable life, providing them with everything they wanted and needed. The only way he saw this happening was branching out on his own and starting his own business. In 1992, Jose Jr bought two big rig trucks and began working as a sub-hauler founding De La Torre and Sons Trucking. His dream of having a better life for his children was just the beginning and his vision of the future included the boys.
When Jose envisioned his business he included De La Torre and Sons, in hopes of one day his sons would take of the business he had worked so hard to start. Like most businesses starting up, the first couple years was a struggle, however, his trucking business is now stable and showing bigger and better profit every year. Jose found him self thinking of more ways to expand his business and his family. He started another branch of his business De La Torre and Sons Septic, which was born in 2000 and since then has expanded his family. He's a loving father, husband and grandfather, he has three boys & one girl Joey (22), Brett (19), Keyle (7), Klhoe(2) and four step-kids Nathen (13), Triston (10), Amy (27) and Eric (26) and four grandchildren. Yes, that's one hard working dad with a big heart and a love for family.
